Sinar Compass is an AI business integration consultancy operating in Malaysia. We assist organisations in understanding, planning, and implementing AI capabilities within their existing operations. Our registered place of business is Jalan Damansara 76, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Sinar Compass. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or organisation using our website or engaging our services.

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes relating to our services and to facilitate initial contact with prospective clients. You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Sinar Compass offers three service engagements: the Storehouse Audit, the Single-cabinet Build, and the Quiet Review Service. Each engagement is subject to a separate written agreement or letter of engagement, which will set out the specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees applicable to that engagement.

Information presented on this website regarding services, pricing, and timelines is indicative. Final terms are confirmed only through a signed engagement agreement. We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are as published on our website at the time of engagement, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The indicative fees are:

• Storehouse Audit — RM 1,540 per engagement
• Single-cabinet Build — RM 1,310 per engagement
• Quiet Review Service — RM 740 per quarter

Payment schedules, accepted methods, and invoicing terms are specified in the individual engagement agreement. Late payments may be subject to a reasonable administrative charge as noted in the agreement. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, structure, visual design, and written materials — is the property of Sinar Compass and is protected under applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of this website's content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Where deliverables are produced under a service engagement, the intellectual property rights in those deliverables are addressed within the relevant engagement agreement. In the absence of a written agreement to the contrary, Sinar Compass retains ownership of all methodologies, frameworks, and tools used in the delivery of services, while the client receives a licence to use the specific outputs delivered.

6. Confidentiality

We take client confidentiality seriously. Information shared with us in the course of an engagement — including information about systems, staff, operations, and business processes — is treated as confidential. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed service.

We may reference the general nature of an engagement (without identifying the client) for internal quality review or anonymised case illustration purposes, unless you have indicated otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory and consultancy in nature. Recommendations and outputs are based on information provided to us and our professional judgement at the time of engagement. We do not warrant any specific operational outcome from the implementation of our recommendations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you arising from or in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from our services or the use of our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
