We work primarily with small to mid-sized firms in professional services, education, and operations-heavy businesses across Malaysia. We are suited for organisations that have not previously integrated AI into their workflows, and would prefer a considered approach before making any commitments.
Do I need technical staff for any of these services?
Not necessarily. The Storehouse Audit and Quiet Review Service require no technical involvement from your side. The Single-cabinet Build may benefit from a point of contact who understands your current software setup, but we work through the technical aspects ourselves and document everything in plain language.
How long does a Storehouse Audit take?
The Storehouse Audit is a four-week engagement. This includes initial interviews with relevant staff, a review of current tools and practices, and the preparation of a written report. We schedule the work to minimise disruption to your day-to-day operations.
What happens after the audit — am I expected to proceed further?
There is no obligation to continue after the audit. The report stands on its own and may be useful regardless of whether you engage us further. Some organisations use the findings to make internal changes without any AI integration at all. The audit is designed for clarity, not as a starting point for a larger sales process.
What is included in the Single-cabinet Build price?
The RM 1,310 fee covers the full engagement: solution design, integration with your existing tools, written documentation, and a structured handover with light staff orientation. There are no separate charges for these components. Any third-party service costs you may incur (such as API usage fees from external platforms) are separate and would be discussed during the design phase.
How is the Quiet Review Service structured?
Each quarterly cycle includes a brief written assessment of how your AI tools are currently being used, a conversation with operational leadership (typically one hour), and a short list of items worth considering in the coming quarter. The service is intentionally light — it adds outside perspective without requiring significant time from your team.
Is my organisation's information kept confidential?
Yes. All information gathered during our engagements is treated with care and is not shared with third parties. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before any work begins. Your data, workflows, and internal documentation remain your property throughout.
